A Safe Space with Supportive Tools
In our work together, we will cultivate a friendly, nonjudgmental stance toward your challenges. We will focus on reducing avoidance and negative thinking, increasing emotional regulation, finding acceptance within unsolvable difficulties, and improving your overall well-being.
My practice is grounded in Buddhist psychology, mindfulness, and radical self-compassion. Using a blend of solution-focused and mindfulness-based approaches, we'll develop a plan aligned with your values. Our work is collaborative, always honoring you as the expert of your own life.
As a Couples and Family Therapist (aka MFT), I bring a systemic lens to therapy, grounded in a deep commitment to social justice-informed and LGBTQIA+ affirming care. As a queer, nonbinary person, I am also deeply passionate about offering support to LGBTQIA+ community members.
